I cannot begin to say "thankyou" enough for your efforts and empathy shown to my family in the loss of my father. He was a difficult and real down-to-earth no-nonsense person, and you picked up on that with such excellent and genuine care. When my daughter could not continue her tribute through her emotion, you stood by her, called her back and read again her tribute with her, it gave her such a boost, and I thankyou for that. I have never seen that done before, and some of my friends commented later how wonderful you were in handling that difficult situation. Thankyou very much for your kind services.

I am going to arrange some grief counselling for B.... in the near future. Not only has she had to contend with the loss of her husband; she has also had to move into permanent accommodation as she was unable to live alone.
